Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and clients, leveraging deep product expertise, strategy analytics, and business acumen to define goals and drive improved business processes across Sg2 products. You will lead product delivery in partnership with Product Strategy Management (PSM) and Service Delivery Executive (SDE) leaders, supporting designated state data or IoC/forecasting products, while managing a client book and ensuring consistent Product Advisor/CSA engagement across all Sg2 accounts. You will guide strategic conversations, influence long-term planning, and advance healthcare insights that deliver measurable client value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product delivery in partnership with PSM leaders for designated Sg2 product lines (e.g., Impact of Change® forecasting, Sg2 CARE® grouper, state data analysis, and demographics).
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing business relationships.
  • Drive client engagement by delivering executive-level presentations and enabling clients to maximize the value of Sg2 tools.
  • Lead training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product adoption and utilization.
  • Lead training sessions, contribute to educational content development, and represent the organization at conferences.
  • Recommend and execute process improvements across multiple products using product expertise, project management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Facilitate strategic client conversations and direct change management activities to ensure consistency in practices.
  • Contribute to long-term organizational and software planning initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and optimize performance across multiple products.
  • Drive revenue growth by supporting client business development through new subscriptions and product expansion.
  • Develop innovative solutions and work plans informed by best practices, client feedback, and product insights.
  • Mentor peers and guide the analysis and resolution of complex client and product challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Population health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare strategy analytics, state data, or forecasting methodologies required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence strategic decision-making highly preferred.
  • Experience contributing to product development roadmaps and driving product enhancements preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and proactively address retention opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15%.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
