Lead Procurement Coordinator
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Lead Procurement Coordinator to join our dedicated team of professionals. Together, we strive for flawless execution and world-class service, working towards a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for various procurement-related tasks.
- Supplier Introduction into the ERP system
- Manage Item related master data into the ERP system
- Coordinate non-standard indirect purchases
- Managing the quotation process with suppliers
- Contributing to procurement projects
Additionally, you will support supplier and category meetings, achieve critical procurement metrics, and adhere to relevant standards and values. You will be collaborating with different functions in the organization and around the globe.
Requirements and Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work at a high pace and manage workload peaks
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in PC, MS Office applications, and ERP
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
