Job Description
Lead Trainer in this role get to:
- Facilitates/Delivers training programs in a blended/scenario/transmission/self-based learning environment.
- Conducts Coaching & Feedback sessions on a daily/weekly basis to drive trainee development.
- Monitor & Evaluates trainee’s performance by administering pre-designed/mandatory assessments & generating reports to support learner evaluation.
- Supervises trainees from a behavior, attendance standpoint while in training and nesting.
- Liaisons/facilitates with functions like Recruitment, Quality, and Service Delivery.
- Identifies needed revisions/additions to training curriculum/scenarios/materials in cooperation with Instructional Designers/Client.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates have:
- Graduation –Bachelors Degree (any field) .
- Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Facilitation – Expert Knowledge on how to facilitate a training focusing on adult learning principles.
- Keen observation on transactions to be able identify defects and determine the quality of the transaction.
- Have good working knowledge in MS Office applications - Be able to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Have ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
- Training Need Analysis.
