Experience, Qualifications & Key Skills• Above 10 Years experience in O&G industry (Preferable with IOC’s direct or contract)• Technical degree in Chemical Engineering or allied engineering subject.• Previous experience in asset engineering / operations engineering role • Practical/operational exposure to production facilities• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills• Strong bias for being proactive and getting results• Excellent IT skills – Office suite, document management, applications for CMMS and Change Management.• Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results• Skilled in behaviour change managementNot essential but preferable:• Professional (Chartered) Engineer / TA2-3 qualified• Experience in roles in culturally and linguistically diverse working environments.Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Professional Engineer
