Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs): Identify, evaluate, and address privacy risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and the implementation of appropriate safeguards.
Data Privacy Policy Implementation: Ensure that data privacy policies are effectively integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Development of Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs): Assist in creating and implementing technologies that minimize data exposure and enhance data security.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to privacy and data protection, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
AI Risk Assessments (AIRA): Conduct assessments to identify potential privacy, regulatory, and ethical risks associated with AI systems, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Policy Development: Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry developments to aid in creating policies that strengthen privacy measures and ensure compliance.
Contractual Review: Draft, review, and assess data processing agreements and privacy-related contractual clauses.
Champion Privacy by Design (PbD) and Responsible AI(RAI): Promote proactive privacy and responsible AI principles and measures, and ensure integration into all aspects of technology development and implementation.
Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as may be required of the position.
