Lead pre-sales activities for enterprise ICT solutions including connectivity, cloud, security, collaboration, IoT and marketing offerings. Engage with sales and technical teams to design solutions, deliver demos and proposals, support RFP responses, and translate customer requirements into viable technical and commercial solutions. Mentor junior pre-sales staff and act as primary technical point-of-contact for strategic accounts.
