As a Lead Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing program and process administration and control activities to drive Data Quality. You will leverage your analytical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of program and process management, driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic business objectives.

You will report directly to our Senior Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will impact program and process performance, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing operational excellence and supporting Honeywell’s competitive position in the market.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage program and process administration and control activities to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines. 
  • Develop and implement strategies and best practices for program and process management. 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the PP&C team and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.  
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives through data analysis & insights that deliver measurable business value.  
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and process optimization.  
  • Collaborate across functions to align people, to drive processes, and technology improvements aligned to business goals.  
  • Champion operational excellence through governance, automation, and organizational change leadership. 
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Governance & Management or program or process management or related roles. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience to conduct data analysis & support process improvement programs. 
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise analytics environments. 
  • Experience in managing data quality rules, controls, and performance metrics 
  • Proficiency in program and process management tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of compliance standards and guidelines. 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues for 2 or more years. 
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide and mentor team members effectively. 
  • 2+ years of experience driving Lean Six Sigma projects, supported by strong systems and data expertise 
  • Experience with SAP, SFDC or equivalent systems. 
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $116,500- $130,750.  For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $137,000 - $154,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
