Overview
The Distributed Platform Windows Server Engineering team is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer focusing on the Audit, Compliance, and Vulnerability management of the Windows Server platform at Mastercard . The ideal candidate would have experience and knowledge for managing Microsoft Windows Server in a highly regulated environment.
Role
In this role, you will:
- Be the main contact for the different audits (Internal and External)
- Be the main contact for everything related to compliance and vulnerability management in the Windows Server environment
- Design and implement Windows server base solutions for our business partners
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
- Provide Level 3 support for the global Windows Server environment
- Provide technical guidance and strategy for the platform
All About You
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Have proven experience in designing, architecting and implementing Windows Server base solutions in a multi-layer environment, heavily regulated.
- Have experience in responding to audits
- Have experience in vulnerability management (including but not limited to patching)
- Experience in on-premise and cloud solutions
- Be a good communicator
- Have knowledge of Agile principles
- Be curious about the latest developments in your working area

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $112,000 - $187,000 USD
