Summary:
In this role, you will lead the strategy, analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related platform capabilities. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, administrators, and cross-functional teams to define business requirements, deliver scalable platform solutions, and optimize business processes. You will provide platform expertise, guide Agile delivery, promote governance and best practices, and drive product innovation aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of business requirements and translate client needs into user stories, product features, and scalable platform solutions.
- Own the product lifecycle for a portfolio of interrelated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform capabilities.
- Partner with architects, engineers, administrators, and clients to design, implement, and enhance enterprise platform solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including iteration planning, backlog refinement, user story development, dependency management, and cross-project alignment.
- Oversee product backlogs, requirements traceability, work estimation, user acceptance testing, and issue triage activities.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery workshops, and perform business process and gap analyses to identify effective solutions.
- Establish and promote platform governance, configuration management, data quality standards, and solution design best practices.
- Evaluate Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and third-party capabilities, recommending enhancements that improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Lead complex CRM initiatives, including platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, releases, and enterprise transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate solution designs, resolve technical dependencies, and ensure successful implementation.
- Write complex SQL queries, configure platform reporting, and analyze application data to support solution validation and business decisions.
- Mentor Platform Analysts, Business Analysts, and other team members while developing documentation, training materials, reusable standards, and implementation guidance.
- Monitor delivery metrics, recommend continuous process improvements, and collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to support strategic platform initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module is required.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience leading enterprise CRM implementations, platform modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments integrated with Salesforce or participating in Salesforce-to-Dynamics 365 migration initiatives preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM business processes preferred.
- Experience with Experlogix CPQ or similar Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, security models, integrations, and enterprise application design.
- Experience leading business analysis, requirements elicitation, backlog management, and user story development in Agile environments.
- Proficiency writing complex SQL queries and analyzing application data to support solution validation and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and drive strategic platform decisions.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
