Our team embodies entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and respect. We push boundaries, speak up, and stay human, fostering a culture where imagination thrives.
Your Role in our Mission:
An opportunity has become available for a PHP Engineering Lead - Surveys to join our engineering organisation. In this role, you will guide engineers through complex technical decisions, contribute to design reviews, and create alignment across teams, balancing long-term technical strategy with the realities of short-term delivery. You will manage team performance, support career development, and work closely with Heads of Engineering and Product teams to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery.
This role sits within our Surveys team, which measures the thing our whole platform exists to move: how engaged people are at work. The team is both a product team and an insights team. On the product side, we build the customisable surveys product that lets Clients gather feedback directly from their employees, from eNPS and Engaged Index surveys through to bespoke surveys and polls. On the insights side, we turn the resulting data into engagement insights Clients can act on. A PHP Engineering Lead you will guide the team across both halves of that mission, helping shape a product and a data capability that gives Clients the clearest available measure of engagement and the evidence to prove the value their platform creates.
Location & Contract Type: This is a hybrid role that would require presence in our Sofia or Plovdiv office at least twice per week, as agreed.
