What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
- Serve as a point of contact for frontline employees, providing direction, coaching, and support
- Monitor equipment and processes, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime
- Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and performance

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
