Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as an operational and thought leader within the People Analytics team to identify the most effective, impactful analytical methodologies and processes to connect our work to client needs
- Serve as the client-facing consultant for several business units and/or COEs, managing client relationships, understanding business objectives and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions and strategies
- Lead solution design for complex, company-level requests -- define client requirements, design and implement executive-ready solutions that can be leveraged by the Consulting & Delivery team
- Support the Director, People Analytics Consulting & Delivery with capability building across the Consulting and Delivery team
- Partner with Director, People Analytics Consulting & Delivery to establish measures to quantify impact of the People Analytics team
- Develop standardized workforce metrics and advise the data enablement team to design dashboards to meet client needs, ensuring “one source of truth” for workforce data
- Champion self-service metrics, empowering clients with fast access to data
- Leverage extensive analytical and predictive models to identify workforce risks & opportunities and make recommendations for workforce risk mitigation strategies
- Recommend workforce KPIs and lead the Monthly Operating Review with clients to track progress against KPIs and proactively identify barriers
- Lead and conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover insightful trends around attrition, talent acquisition, employee development and talent management, and employee listening
- Connect and analyze data from multiple sources to create comprehensive analyses
- Simplify complex analytics products into compelling data stories that speed decision-making, interpreting the “so what” and “now what” from analyses
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, I/O Psychology or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in a consulting, advisory, or analytics role, with at least six years in People Analytics. Consistent track record of creating and delivering value by leading large scale, global analytics work and leading projects for executive clients across multiple Business Units.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive clients. Demonstrated experience supporting executive clients.
- A curious mind and passion for exploring and implementing new analytical methodologies and technologies to solve problems.
- Ability to simplify complex data sets into compelling stories that jump off the page.
- Experience with analytical and data visualization applications (R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, SQL).
- Experience working with junior consultants/analysts to develop their analytics and client engagement acumen.
Pay and Benefits:
- The base pay range for this position is $128,900 - 190,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 26th, 2025.
