Job Description: Immanuel Church is seeking a Lead Pastor who will lead the congregation in growing a transforming relationship with Jesus, connecting in community with one another, and sharing Jesus with the world. The ideal candidate will shepherd a multi-staff team, champion a culture of worship and prayer, equip believers to serve in their spiritual gifts, and continue Immanuel's strong commitment in discipleship, small groups, and sending their people out to share Christ locally, regionally, and globally. Experience leading as a Senior/Lead Pastor is preferred.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience as Senior Pastor
Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to begin the consecration and ordination process with The Alliance
Compensation: Health Coverage, Full-Time Salary, Housing Allowance, Relocation Costs
