First Alliance Church, a vibrant, multigenerational church located in suburban Lexington, Kentucky is prayerfully seeking its next Lead Pastor - a spiritually mature, visionary shepherd who can lead its next season of ministry and local and global impact for the Gospel.

First Alliance Church was founded in 1956 as a local church in the Christian & Missionary Alliance denomination. Following a recent leadership transition, FAC is prayerfully seeking its next Lead Pastor. FAC has experienced meaningful growth in attendance, engagement, and giving. Sunday morning attendance is averaging over 1700 people. We are seeking a visionary leader who will lead the church forward in its mission to be a loving community of disciple-makers who passionately pursue God, extend life-changing hope, and disciple people to be Spirit-empowered followers of Jesus. The Lead Pastor will honor FAC’s history while helping the church move forward with clarity, unity, and renewed outward focus.
