Skills Required
- 4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to research and assess questions, processes, and procedures and recommend solutions
- Ability to track information accurately across multiple computer systems
- Experience resolving complex issues through written or verbal communication
- US military service in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Space Force
- Experience reviewing and researching banking transactions, payments, remittance exceptions, cash application discrepancies, and account activity
- Knowledge of financial services operations, investigations, fraud detection, AML, BSA, and regulatory compliance
- Experience using multiple research and servicing systems, such as InfoLease and ISM
- Analytical skills for researching, interpreting, and summarizing large volumes of data and identifying trends, discrepancies, and root causes
- Ability to make timely, independent decisions when resolving payment exceptions, cash application issues, and operational inquiries
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality when handling sensitive financial transactions and confidential customer information
- Knowledge of USA PATRIOT Act, AML, and customer or entity verification processes
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and search tools while managing competing priorities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new policies, procedures, systems, and business processes
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
- Ability to train, mentor, and guide team members
- Ability to consistently achieve high production, accuracy, and customer service standards
