Job Summary
We are
seeking an Offline Marketing Team Lead to plan and drive localized,
funnel-based offline marketing initiatives from the Head Office. The role
involves working closely with branch leaders to design proactive marketing
calendars covering brand awareness, engagement programs, and curated client
events where digital channels have limited reach.
The candidate will provide strategic direction, frameworks, and governance
while supervising branch-level coordinators responsible for on-ground
execution. The role emphasizes proactive planning, partnership development,
brand consistency, and measurable funnel impact, rather than last-mile event
logistics or operational execution.
Location:
Mumbai
Employment Type:
Full time
Key Responsibilities – Offline
Marketing Team Lead (HO-Based)
1.
Centralized Offline Marketing Strategy & Calendar Planning
· Develop and own the annual and quarterly
offline marketing roadmap across regions in alignment with overall sales
funnel targets.
· Proactively identify market-level
opportunities in advance rather than reacting to branch requests.
· Define structured offline playbooks for
Top, Mid, and Bottom funnel activities.
2.
Funnel-Based Local Marketing Design
In collaboration with branch leaders,
design offline initiatives across:
- Top
of Funnel: Local brand visibility, association
partnerships, sponsorships, medical ecosystem branding.
- Mid
Funnel: Knowledge seminars, curated group
engagements, educational meets.
- Bottom
of Funnel: Closed-door roundtables, curated HNI/doctor
meets, high-intent relationship events.
The role focuses on strategy,
structure, and outcomes — not last-mile logistics.
3.
Branch Coordination & Team Leadership
· Lead and mentor branch-level offline
marketing coordinators/executives who manage on-ground execution.
· Provide clear briefs, event frameworks, and
success metrics to branch teams.
· Review execution plans and ensure alignment
with central brand and funnel objectives.
· Drive accountability through structured
reporting and review mechanisms.
4.
Localized Opportunity Sourcing (Strategic Level)
· Identify and establish strategic
relationships with associations, hospitals, medical bodies, and relevant
local partners at a conceptual and partnership level.
· Build scalable engagement models that
branches can implement locally.
· Design repeatable event formats that can be
replicated across cities.
5.
Governance of Event Quality & Brand Standards
· Define premium brand experience guidelines
aligned with wealth management positioning.
· Approve key elements such as event format,
positioning, messaging themes, and target audience mix.
· Ensure consistency in experience across all
regions through structured SOPs.
6.
Budget Allocation & ROI Oversight
· Allocate regional offline marketing budgets
in consultation with leadership.
· Monitor ROI, cost efficiency, and funnel
conversion impact of offline initiatives.
· Optimize spends through strategic vendor
frameworks and negotiation guidelines.
7.
Compliance & Process Framework
· Establish compliance protocols inspired by
pharma/healthcare event discipline where relevant.
· Ensure documentation, approvals, and
audit-ready processes are maintained across branches.
Qualification & Skills:
· Minimum qualification:
Graduation
· 5–8 years of experience in offline marketing,
regional marketing, or event-led demand generation
· Planning and executing multi-city offline marketing

align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
· Managing branch-level coordinators or vendors for
on-ground execution
· Working with professional audiences (doctors, HNIs,
consultants, business owners, etc.)
· Budget planning and monitoring for offline campaigns
(₹50L–₹2Cr annual regional budget range, where applicable)
· Tracking event performance through lead quality,
pipeline creation, and conversion contribution
· Vendor empanelment, negotiation frameworks, and cost
optimization
· Creating SOPs, templates, and repeatable marketing
formats across locations
· Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
high-profile attendees
· Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor
