Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 -8 years of B2B sales experience in Institute of Higher Learning landscape (including learning academy and CET)
Proven track record with at least $1 - $2 mil target in both hunting and farming sales. Consultative and solution sales will be preferred.
Comfortable with prospecting and networking with senior delegates at industry events
Discipline of strategic account research, planning and execution of solution delivery
Ability to conceptualize and co-create industry go-to-market and lead generation strategies
Well organized, meticulous, ability to manage multiple projects and at the same time achieving sales targets
Highly collaborative and able to work with solution designers, facilitators and delivery partners to break down problem statements and craft win-win solutions for both client organizations and SIM.
Ability to present and articulate SIM Solution proposals to client senior leadership teams
