Role Description

As the Lead Network Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of TPM’s executing complex network projects. Your extensive experience in network migrations, combined with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, will be essential in ensuring meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of these initiatives to meet strategic business objectives.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between the Network Engineering and Network Reliability teams with the wider enterprise level teams in support of network projects and new product introductions.
  • Drive planning, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain NetEng and NRE organizational roadmap and delivery calendar for network projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Lead a team of TPMs managing the work execution of the NetEng and NRE teams, providing leadership and direction for ongoing and future projects.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in network migration, program management, and the ethical integration of AI technologies.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to NetEng & NRE leads, senior leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

At a minimum, we would like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technical program management with focus in the following areas: planning, hardware/software implementations, network, and large scale migration projects
  • 5 years of experience leading a group of technical project managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Successfully led complex cross functional projects with the goal of reducing subscriber impact and maintaining highest SLA’s.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with deep experience in developing and managing complex project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

It’s preferred if you have:

  • PMI PMP, ITIL, and or Six Sigma certifications  
  • Capability to lead cross-functional collaboration and coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders as well as develop/maintain reporting to meet the needs of the business.
  • Expert level knowledge of ISP and/or Telecom networks, systems, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with project management and ticketing systems/tools, including Jira and  ServiceNow

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $164,000 - $241,100 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
