JM Family Enterprises is seeking a Lead NetSuite Configuration Administrator to join their Close to Consolidate Product Team. This is an individual contributor role responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite platform.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be interacting with a diverse team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts to ensure the platform aligns with business needs, supports operational workflows, and maximizes system capabilities.
- This role will collaborate with members of the product team and be involved in transformation initiatives, implementation, deployment, roll-out, upgrades, development, and support efforts.
- Combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of accounting processes, the NetSuite Configuration Administrator ensures the platform meets business needs and drives process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, or related roles.
- Proficient in configuring NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Accounts Receivable
- Familiarity with Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience working in a diversified organization spanning across multiple industries, including Automotive, Insurance, Investments, and Consumer Products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders within Corporate / BU Accounting and Finance teams.
- NetSuite Administrator or Suite Foundation certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with data integration tools such as Celigo.
- Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in a SaaS, multi-subsidiary environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
