- Throughout the production, make necessary changes to narrative systems and scripted events according to feedback, to provide a consistent narrative experience and a desired player experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring narrative designers
- Deep understanding of narrative design across multiple game genres
- Strong storytelling, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with production and client constraints
- Proficient knowledge of industry-standard design tools
- Familiarity with collaborations and handoff tools used in game development pipelines
- You understand the gameplay elements and how they impact a story
- Experience as a narrative manger or lead writer on a AA or AAA game
- 5+ years of writing or narrative design experience in the game industry
- Good at written English
- Experience working in co-development or multi-project environments is a plus
