As Lead Narrative Designer, you will partner closely with the Game and Creative Directors to craft a rich and immersive storytelling experience for our multiplayer PvP game. Your role is to drive the narrative vision across all modes and systems—shaping everything from the world’s lore and characters to seasonal arcs and mission storytelling.
You’ll collaborate with writers, designers, artists, and engineers to ensure narrative elements deepen player immersion, enhance gameplay, and scale with the evolving live game. Your ability to blend narrative craft with multiplayer systems design will be key to the success of this role.
