The Job
The Lead Mobile Engineer leads the mobile apps team to deliver high-quality native mobile applications rapidly and reliably within an agile framework.
What You’ll Do

Drive technical decisions, ensure compliance, manage tech debt, build design components, and mentor engineers, working
closely with product, design and business stakeholders. -
Implements and enforces coding standards, patterns and best practices for the team in collaboration with other technical leaders

Ensure rapid, reliable, high quality delivery in agile team.

Lead technical decision making and solution design in team.

Ensure regulatory, compliance and non-functional requirements are adequately considered in technical designs.

Ensure technical debt is identified and improvement work is appropriately prioritised.

Nurture skills development of team Engineers through coaching, mentoring and career guidance.
