- Develop unique technical programs for microbial control in water treatment applications such as membrane systems, cooling systems; provide technical insights in resolving microbial control issues for customers.
- Design and set up lab-scale microbial control simulation tests which reflect industrial system settings. Plan, perform, and interpret results from relevant experiments and present data in a concise and usable format to various stakeholders.
- Develop the application guidance of microbial control programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, industrial technical consultants, regulatory, supply chain, engineering team to deploy new products or technologies in microbial control for customers
- Interact with customers and identify customer needs to gain 1st hand insights for innovation ideation to build multiple year innovation roadmap.
- Join global expert team of microbial control in new ideation and new technology assessments
- Maintain lab safety and lab instruments
