CLA is looking to hire an Lead Master Data Management Analyst to join our growing Internal IT team.

About the role:

This role oversees the Master Data Management (MDM) processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization. They lead a team responsible for the governance, maintenance, and quality control of master data assets.

Essential Job Functions :

Training & Support: Train team members and end users; lead development of formal training programs. Maintain curriculum for onboarding new analysts and ensure standardized development paths. Establish quality benchmarks for team deliverables and provide direct feedback and coaching.

Change Management: Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives related to MDM strategy. Serve as project manager for process improvement or integration projects, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with IT, business, and governance teams to align technology and processes.

Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for complex data issues spanning multiple domains. Oversee and validate testing efforts across environments (Dev/Test/Prod). Direct team members in complex investigations and ensure resolution quality.

Processes & Policies: Oversee creation and enforcement of enterprise-level data monitoring processes. Lead development of data quality strategies, rule sets, and exception frameworks. Ensure alignment of domain processes with enterprise governance standards.

Supervision: Provide day-to-day leadership providing coaching, development, and performance management. Manage staffing, prioritization, and delivery across multiple projects and domains. Represent the team in leadership meetings and governance committees.

What you will need:

  • 6 years of relevant experience required in
  • Proficiency with Azure Active Directory and identity governance; ability to apply security and role‑based access principles at the enterprise level.
  • Deep knowledge of MDM and catalog tools (Profisee, Informatica, Alation, Collibra, Purview); ability to oversee configuration standards, workflow designs, and data governance alignment.
  • Ability to direct advanced SQL investigations and validate proposed solutions for escalated data issues.
  • Ability to govern testing standards and ensure cross‑environment consistency and deployment reliability.
  • Proficiency with enterprise governance principles; ability to ensure processes and rule sets are applied consistently across domains.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
