Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network. In this role, 50% of time will be devoted to managing the copy approval process on behalf of the Discover Home Loans marketing team. The remaining 50% will be spent working on projects related to customer experience and complaint resolution. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Initiates copy approval requests using appropriate systems.
- Works with the Copy Approval Team in Compliance to streamline the approval process and resolve issues that come up during copy review.
- Assists with creation and substantiation of new marketing claims.
- Conducts deep dive research into specific complaint categories to provide insights that drive change.
- Handles administrative tasks related to complaint reporting and execution of customer surveys.
- Tracks key performance indicators and updates leadership.
- Creates and manages programs to drive acceptance and product adoptions.
- Maintains and enhances the value propositions for acceptance.
- Assists in implementing strategies to provide a quality customer experience for network clients.
- Provides feedback on opportunities to enhance partnerships.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or Analytics.
- 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services or related
- In Lieu of Education 10+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
