About this role
To win in a connected, always‑on marketplace, AT&T requires consistent, scalable, and disciplined marketing ways of working. This role is responsible for defining, standardizing, and embedding enterprise‑wide marketing operating models that enable marketers to plan, execute, and optimize work effectively—regardless of channel, team, or business unit.
The ideal candidate would possess strong business and financial acumen, with clear understanding of AT&T’s business priorities and budget realities. They should be skilled at transformation enablement and adoption with the ability to influence teams to adopt new tools, workflows, and behaviors through timeline communication and change management tactics. They should also be skilled at stakeholder, leadership and executive communications with the ability to influence through credible, multi-mode communications that reflect the unique needs of different audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Transformation and Capability Enablement
Define and maintain end‑to‑end marketing operating frameworks that span planning, intake, execution, optimization, and measurement
Establish enterprise standards for how marketing work is planned, prioritized, governed, and delivered
Ensure processes are flexible enough to support diverse marketing motions while maintaining consistency
Continuously assess and evolve ways of working to keep pace with business needs and market dynamics
Connect competency and operational needs with technological considerations (MarTech, AI, GenAI, etc.)
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
Develops and delivers timely, credible, multi-mode communications that reflect the unique needs of different audiences
Builds shared understanding and engagement across leaders and team in service of transformation objectives
Build strong relationships to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained behavior change
Act as a change leader, balancing pragmatism with long‑term operational maturity
Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of experience of marketing expertise in a large-scale, matrixed organization
Proven experience standardizing and scaling marketing processes in large, complex organizations
Deep understanding of marketing operating models and value chains
Demonstrated ability to enable teams through process clarity, governance, and change management
Strong data literacy with the ability to translate operational metrics into decisions
Experience with personalization and journey based marketing is a plus

Education & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing and marketing operations, change management, or a related field.
