Team
Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).
Role
Voodoo is looking for a “Lead Marketing Developer” to support Marketing Developers on their daily operations. You will be responsible for coaching Marketing Developers, helping them to crack games, thanks to training, tooling, knowledge sharing and process optimization. You’ll act both as a technical lead and as a bridge with upper management.
- Take the lead on transformative projects for the team, from maintaining Unity packages to internalizing entirely new skills;
- Coach and train the marketing developers to become one of the best creatives team in the industry, using mostly Unity but also Unreal;
- Keep the bar high by regularly assessing individual contributors and measuring their performance;
- Build a recruitment machine with the support of Talent Acquisition team to hire the best Marketing Developer talents in the industry;
- Tackle any pain point you identify to get the most seamless operations in the team;
- Support the production when the team is in under-capacity;
- Act as an expert on any complex creative concept by assessing the technical feasibility;
- Become the advocate of the team, report and coordinate any need from Marketing Developers regarding assets, licenses, etc.;
Profile
- You have an excellent knowledge of Unity, preferably in Unreal and Luna as well
- You have proven experience in coaching/mentoring teams
- You have creative and hacker mindset
- Excellent analytical, mentoring and communication skills
- Organizational and soft leadership abilities
- Passionate about Game development, Game and Level design
- You have a strong sense of ownership
- You are interested in casual games
