Role Overview:
Huntsman is seeking Lead Manufacturing Systems and Data Analytics to join our AdMat manufacturing organization at our manufacturing site in Duxford or Krakow. This role has been created to support end-to-end manufacturing performance analytics, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes across manufacturing operations.

Role Responsibilities:
As Lead Manufacturing Systems and Data Analytics, you will be responsible for:
Owning end-to-end manufacturing performance analytics.
Designing, building, and maintaining robust data models.
Developing and maintaining executive-level Power BI dashboards.
Administering and governing Power BI Service and Apps.
Automating data preparation processes and recurring reports.
Ensuring data quality, reconciliation, governance, and documentation.
Designing and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
Acting as a key analytical partner to manufacturing and operations teams.
Driving continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes.
Reporting into the Manufacturing organization.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
Degree in Engineering and minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of data science and analytics.
Experience extracting and working with data from SAP BI (HSIMS), SAP Queries, and SAP HANA.
Ability to understand SAP data structures related to production, quality, finance, and controlling processes.
Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics (IBMPA) data models and cubes.
Advanced experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
Strong DAX capabilities including measures, filters, and calculated tables.
Expert knowledge of Power Query (M) for data extraction, transformation, and shaping.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, structured tables, and VBA automation.
Experience developing data ingestion pipelines using Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python.
Ability to integrate structured and semi-structured data from databases, APIs, and web services.
Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities.
Strong communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
