Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience working professionally in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or an equivalent technical role
Desired Characteristics
- Aerospace industry experience highly preferred
- Hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX preferred
- Strong leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
