Job Description

Role Overview 

The Lead Managed Services Consultant (Ads & Marketing) is a senior, client-facing strategic role responsible for driving adoption, value realisation, and growth for Sprinklr’s Advertising and Marketing product suite across enterprise customers. 

This role acts as a trusted advisor and programme lead, combining deep product expertise, paid media domain knowledge, and leadership capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes and ensure long-term customer success. 

The Lead Consultant operates as an extension of the client’s marketing and advertising teams, while also mentoring junior consultants and driving delivery excellence within the Managed Services team. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Customer Leadership 

> Serve as the primary strategic advisor for Advertising & Marketing customers, aligning Sprinklr capabilities to business goals.  

> Drive executive stakeholder engagement, including QBRs, value storytelling, and ROI discussions. 

> Build and execute Value Realisation Plans (VRPs) aligned to customer KPIs (campaign performance, ROAS, engagement, etc.). 

> Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, and expansion. 

 

2. Ads & Marketing Product Expertise 

> Lead adoption of Sprinklr Advertising, Paid Social, and Marketing products across campaigns and markets. 

> Provide advanced guidance on:  

  • Campaign setup, optimisation, and automation 
  • Budget pacing and performance tracking 
  • Audience segmentation and targeting strategies 
  • Creative performance analysis and testing 

> Deliver best practices, use-case design, and optimisation frameworks to maximise campaign effectiveness. 

 

3. Value Delivery & Adoption 

> Ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform, driving retention and growth. 

> Drive:  

  • Product adoption across business units 
  • Feature utilisation and new capability rollouts 

> Translate product capabilities into tangible business outcomes (e.g., improved CTR, cost efficiency, reach). 

 

4. Client Relationship Management 

> Build and nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders and agency partners.  

> Act as the day-to-day strategic partner, influencing marketing decisions and roadmap priorities. 

> Manage complex stakeholder environments, including global and cross-functional teams. 

 

5. Delivery Excellence & Operations 

> Oversee end-to-end Managed Services delivery for Ads accounts:  

  • Weekly reporting and insights 
  • Campaign performance reviews 
  • Issue triage and resolution 

> Ensure adherence to operational hygiene, governance, and SLAs. 

> Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of activities and progress.  

 

6. Leadership & Mentorship 

> Mentor and coach junior consultants, improving their client handling and product expertise. 

> Drive quality assurance and best practice standardisation within the pod/team. 

> Act as a point of escalation for complex client and delivery challenges. 

 

7. Cross-functional Collaboration 

> Collaborate with:  

  • Success Managers 
  • Account Executives 
  • Solutions Consultants 
  • Product & Support teams 

> Ensure alignment between business objectives, platform capabilities, and delivery execution.

Experience & Qualifications 

1. 6–10+ years in:  

  • Digital advertising / performance marketing 

  • SaaS consulting / Managed Services / Customer Success 

2. Hands-on experience with:  

  • Paid social platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.) 

  • Adtech or MarTech platforms 

3. Proven experience managing:  

  • Enterprise/global clients 

  • Complex stakeholder ecosystems
