Lead Machine Learning QA Engineer

This is a hybrid role based in Eagan, MN.

What You Will Do

• Overseeing the configuration and maintenance of an advanced sensing test lab environment to simulate generic customer sites

• Write the test cases to ensure the quality release of the ML based software system at the customer sites; tests will include functionality of our edge architecture and the accuracy of our ML models as they are modified and released over time

• Develop automated tests to accelerate the testing cycle

• Executing manual and automated tests to verify functionality of software releases

• Oversee other QA engineers in test case development and test execution

• Participate in sprint testing to test user stories as they are completed during the sprints write the overall system testing required to ensure end to end system functionality

• Work closely with development team in defect analysis and resolution verification

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field

• Seven (7) years of software testing experience

• Exposure to Machine Learning based systems

• Exposure to agile methodology, including Sprint Test case development and execution

• Automated test framework experience

• Exposure to IoT and Edge hardware

• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team of test engineers

• Test Validation of ML based systems

• Jira and/or ADO tool experience

• Python coding for automated test case development

• Azure Machine learning Model testing

• Azure cloud testing

• Strong understanding of Networking and Network debugging

• Experience with computer vision

• General computing hardware or sensors experience

The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 - $175,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
