Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Lead Lot Operations Specialist/HR Administrator serves as a key operational and administrative resource responsible for supporting daily operations, new hire onboarding, and human resources administration. This role provides day-to-day leadership and training and serves as a primary point of contact for new employees onboarding and orientation. Additionally, the position supports HR functions including recruiting and hiring administration, safety reporting, training coordination, compliance activities, and events coordination. Through collaboration with Operations leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional partners, this role helps drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, create positive employee experiences, and maintain a safe, engaged, and productive workforce.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years’ experience; OR 9 years’ experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical activities including walking long distances, entering and exiting vehicles, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods as business needs require.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while supporting employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred:
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, human resources, employee onboarding, training, administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, training, or coordinating employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of lot operations, vehicle movement, inventory control, sale-day activities, and operational workflows.
