Lead Logistics Product Manager GCA

Purpose of the role:

Actively drive growth of the Lead Logistics business in the Area, in line with the Regional strategy, by ensuring the Lead Logistics product and required organizational activation is in place, including active support with solution design, pricing and sales to strategic pursuits.

Responsible:

Responsible for Regional Lead Logistics P&L

•Develop and Drive Area product targets

•Manage performance and ensure targets are met

Develop Regional plan in line with Global strategy for Lead Logistics

•Drive Area product go-to-market strategy including required customization, sales enablement, marketing and delivery

•Build Area sales capabilities, providing training and build knowledge about Lead Logistics sales opportunities.

Drive Lead Logistics growth within Region

•Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective targeting and sales penetration

•Drive Lead Logistics pipeline and provide necessary SME, solution and pricing support to drive growth

•Actively support strategic pursuits to maximize win-rate, including driving key client engagements

•Lead Area or Regional product customizations in collaboration with global team to meet specific customer needs.

Active participant within Global Lead Logistics team

•Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout organization to support sales and product development

Requirements:

•Extensive Supply Chain and Logistics network knowledge

•Digital / IT understanding

•Expertise within key verticals

•Well developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.

•Strong understanding of commercial solution sales process.

•Ability to navigate in a matrix organization
