Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing daily operations from booking to shipment execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong coordination across stakeholders. It also includes handling exceptions, supporting process improvements, and driving capability building with both internal and external partners.

  • Manage end-to-end booking process (validation, scheduling, and carrier coordination)
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents (B/L, SWB, SI, etc.)
  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure adherence to timelines and cut-offs
  • Handle both FCL and LCL shipments, including co-loader coordination
  • Manage operational exceptions and provide timely resolution to minimize disruptions
  • Conduct or support training sessions with vendors/customers (e.g., onboarding, system navigation, process alignment)
  • Maintain trackers and provide clear shipment visibility
  • Support billing processes, invoice dispatch, and dispute follow-up

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate brings strong operational knowledge, can handle complex scenarios, and works well with cross-functional and external stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong background in logistics operations, with understanding of end-to-end supply chain (3PL to 4PL perspective)
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices
  • Experience handling exceptions and complex operational scenarios
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Experience in ocean freight is an advantage
