Purpose of the role:
The role involves managing end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on booking services, reporting, and customer communication.
It includes handling booking lifecycle, KPIs, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring SLA adherence.
Requires strong SCM experience, Excel skills, and ability to work in night shifts in a high-volume environment.
You will be Responsible for:
Responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, with key focus on Booking Services (BKS), reporting, and customer management.
Handles booking lifecycle management (creation, validation, amendments, and exceptions) ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence.
Acts as primary customer contact, managing queries, escalations, and maintaining strong professional communication.
Owns KPI tracking and reporting (quality, productivity, timeliness), including analysis, RCA, and improvements.
Works closely with global cross-functional teams to support operations, transitions, and process changes.
Ensures process compliance, SOP maintenance, audits, and team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
