Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Perform deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of data infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data operations processes, standards, and procedures.
- Respond to data related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
- Perform root cause analysis for data issues and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the performance of data platforms, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any Computer related course. With Minimum of 4 years related experience.
- Experience working with SQL required.
- Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse platforms required.
- Experience working with Python is preferred.
- Experience with cloud data platforms preferred (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud)
