Job Description

Role: Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Locaiton: TX/ PA/ Phoenix AZ

Duration: Long Tem

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of a modular, configuration-driven frontend architecture.
2. Establish and enforce best practices for creating reusable and maintainable code.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the frontend development team.
4. Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
5. Architect and implement a configuration-based approach to frontend development, enabling product customization and flexibility.
6. Develop a library of reusable components that can be easily configured and extended across different projects.
7. Ensure that components are designed with scalability and reusability in mind, minimizing duplication and simplifying maintenance.
8. Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
9. Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of React applications.
10. Communicate technical decisions, strategies, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
11. Implement and oversee rigorous code review processes to maintain a high standard of code quality.
12. Optimize React applications for performance, including load times, rendering efficiency, and resource usage.
13. Ensure that all code adheres to accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.
14. Explore and integrate new technologies and tools that can improve the efficiency and quality of the frontend codebase.
15. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the React ecosystem, and proactively incorporate best practices.

Requirements

1. Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including state management (Redux, Context API).
2. Proven track record of building and leading the development of reusable, configuration-driven components.
3. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
4. Familiarity with modern build tools, testing frameworks, and version control systems (Webpack, Babel, Jest, Git).
5. Experience in designing scalable, modular frontend architectures.
6. Deep understanding of component-based architecture and patterns for reusability.
7. Experience with micro-frontends and other advanced frontend concepts.
8. Proficiency with modern frontend build tools and libraries (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.).
9. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
10. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
