Iteration Managers blend the responsibilities of a Scrum Master with the experience of a Business Analyst. These individuals are the conductors of the day-to-day delivery of a team, always keeping an eye on the ultimate goals of our clients. As a Lead Iteration Manager, you will be actively working with technical leads to flesh out designs and identifying and refining user stories, all the while ensuring a focus on delivering minimal viable products for our clients.
What you will do:
- Support clients and other members of the business in translating needs into product requirements.
- Ensure that product requirements are well defined, prioritized, and refined.
- Lead team ceremonies.
- Mine, define, and refine requirements and capture them in a product backlog.
- Radiate current project state including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate across the team and have a clear understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Conduct product research and perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Who you are:

What you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working as a business analyst or similar function.
- Experience working with clients to extract, sequence, and organize business requirements.
- Experience working with technical leads to blend and influence technical design and business requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of techniques to convert ideas to actionable items for a development team.
- Experience working in a client facing environment.
- Ability to challenge ideas and views of stakeholders, ensure various client perspectives are considered, and clearly define the behavior of the system.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to guide stakeholders to simple solutions that meet client expectations.
- Knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Experience implementing frameworks for capturing complex requirements in the form of epics and decomposing them into user stories.
- Experience facilitating various Agile meetings,
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) or other Agile project management tools.

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $145,000.
