Position Summary
The Lead IT Security Analyst plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization’s security governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Beyond monitoring and enforcing policies, this role leads the development and implementation of enterprise-wide security strategies. The Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing comprehensive risk assessments and coordinating cross-functional remediation efforts to mitigate vulnerabilities effectively. Acting as both a technical and strategic leader, they collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams, IT departments, business stakeholders, auditors, and legal to ensure robust operational defenses and regulatory adherence. They drive incident response leadership, mentor security personnel, and promote a culture of continuous security awareness and improvement. Through timely reporting and proactive communication, they ensure leadership is informed and aligned, supporting a resilient, compliant, and secure enterprise environment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, update, and enforce comprehensive IT Security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates, internal controls, and security standards
- Lead enterprise risk management processes
- Manage Third Party Risk Assessments and engagements
- Lead Incident Response activities
- Mentor and develop cybersecurity team
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in IT security, risk management, or information security governance
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience of building and enforcing regulatory frameworks such as NIST, PCI, HIPPA and SOC2
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with auditors and regulators, managing audit processes and remediation efforts.
- Extensive experience conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and developing remediation plans Experience leading security teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and influencing security strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Base Salary - $115,000
- Variable Bonus - 10% of base salary
