Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, Labour Compliance or Workforce Governance.
- Experience in large infrastructure, airport, metro, power, manufacturing, ports or construction projects.
- Experience handling large contractor workforce environments exceeding 1,000 manpower.
- Hands-on exposure to labour camp audits, compliance inspections and statutory interactions.
Educational Background
- Graduate in any discipline.
- PG Degree / MBA in HR, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations or Personnel Management preferred.
- Diploma in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations or Social Welfare preferred.
