Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for inventory management, forecasting, materials requirements planning, logistics planning and execution and overall supply chain productivity. Examines existing procedures for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Leads continuous improvement initiatives while utilizing lean practices to reduce waste in the respective areas of the supply chain. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Conduct regular forecasts to ensure appropriate stock levels are secured and place purchases orders in a timely manner.
- Meet regularly with internal business partners and suppliers to communicate forecast, production schedule changes and performance. Collaborates to improve quality, reduce lead time, increase productivity and/or reduce costs.
- Administrator for Inventory System to ensure inventory and invoice accuracy and perform month end activities to support finance and accounting
- Approaches the supply chain with a lean mindset in order to drive continuous improvement and productivity within the supply chain processes
- Defines performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, quality, out of stock, safety stock optimization, on time arrival, customer fill rate, etc
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Supply & Logistics or related
- 4+ years in Supply Chain and Logistics
- In lieu of degree, must have at least 6+ years in Supply Chain and Logistics

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
