About the Opportunity

Clearwater Analytics is growing, and we want you to be part of it! Following significant expansion in the DACH market, we're looking for Lead Implementation Associates to join our EMEA team and help us deliver world-class onboarding experiences to some of the region's most sophisticated investors.

This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance and technology. You'll work directly with clients (asset managers, insurers, pension funds and more) to configure and deploy Clearwater's leading SaaS platform, ensuring it's tailored precisely to their trading, accounting, compliance, performance and reporting needs.

Whether you're a few years into your finance career, or a seasoned professional with years of investment operations or back-office experience behind you, we'd love to hear from you.

We've recently opened a brand-new office in Frankfurt's Opernturm, home to a brilliant and rapidly growing local team, a clear signal of our long-term commitment to the DACH market, where a growing number of organisations are choosing our cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients onto Clearwater's platform, acting as a trusted guide throughout their implementation journey.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions that empower clients to get the most out of the Clearwater platform from day one.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Clearwater teams to assess requirements and design tailored solutions across accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis and reporting.
  • Be the go-to person for clients during implementation - troubleshooting issues, resolving queries and keeping stakeholders informed with clear, transparent communication.
  • Act as a consultative partner, helping clients align their goals with project plans and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues, keeping project momentum strong.
  • Champion Clearwater's value proposition - you'll know the platform inside out and communicate its benefits with confidence and credibility.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. You might come from investment operations, investment accounting, financial reporting, middle or back office. What matters most is your curiosity, client focus, problem solving mindset, and drive to deliver.

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) - essential for engaging with our DACH client base.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as financial markets, accounting, economics or audit; a Master's is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of securities and financial markets - exposure to derivatives, fixed income, structured products or alternatives is a real plus.
  • Experience in investment operations, investment accounting, or a related area within financial services
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Confidence communicating with clients - you're articulate, organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A problem-solving approach: you stay calm under pressure and find solutions.

Why Clearwater Analytics?

  • Be part of a high-growth, global fintech that's transforming investment management with the industry’s most comprehensive cloud-native platform for institutional investors across global public and private markets.
  • Join a collaborative, supportive EMEA team with real opportunities for career development.
  • Work with leading institutional clients across the DACH region and beyond.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that values your contribution and provides real opportunity to build a career.
