About the Opportunity
Clearwater is experiencing exceptional growth across the DACH region, with a rapidly expanding client base. As we deepen our footprint in one of Europe’s most sophisticated investment markets, we continue to build out a dedicated local team - and this role sits right at the heart of that expansion.
We've recently opened a brand-new office in Frankfurt's Opernturm, home to a brilliant and rapidly growing local team, a clear signal of our long-term commitment to the DACH market, where a growing number of organisations are choosing our cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management.
This is a rare opportunity to join Clearwater at an inflection point: you will lead some of our largest and most complex client implementations across the DACH region, while helping shape the standards and processes that support the wider Global Delivery team as it grows.
Job Description:
The Global Delivery division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform. As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead large, simultaneous client implementations with minimal oversight, consistently delivering on time and to a high standard, primarily working with Clearwater's clients across the DACH region.

You will provide regular status updates through reports and meetings, lead high-level steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager.
You will also manage implementation budgets, look for opportunities to improve our service, and oversee the handover from Sales to Global Delivery before a project begins, and from Global Delivery to Client Services once implementation is complete.

- Manage and coordinate internal Clearwater, client, and third-party resources across project workstreams
- Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with clients and the project team

- Handle project commercials, including revenue recognition forecasts and unbilled bookings
- Manage and report on resource allocation for your assigned portfolio
- Own project metrics such as utilisation, go-live adherence, and project billing
- Act as a trusted client relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
- Facilitate a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team
- Oversee multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight
Requirements:

- Proven experience implementing large-scale software solutions in the asset management and/or insurance space (multi-location settings a plus)
- Proven track record of delivering whole projects for external clients
- Ability to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements within project timelines, and for future projects
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across internal and client-facing contexts
