- Lead L2/L3 support for Saviynt IGA and Saviynt CPAM modules.
- Monitor platform health, scheduled jobs, connectors, and task execution.
- Troubleshoot failures related to: Access request workflows, Provisioning/deprovisioning tasks, Birthright/automated provisioning, CPAM vaulting and session management.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding issues and lifecycle exceptions.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements via ITSM tools.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Own management activities, including testing and deployment coordination.
- Collaborate with app owners, AD/Azure teams, HRMS, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Support: Identity lifecycle automation, Certification campaigns, Role model updates, SoD policy alerts and rule corrections, Analytics and policy violations.
- Maintain connector configurations & job schedules.
- Support privileged account onboarding, vaulting, and credential rotation.
- Troubleshoot: Privileged session failures,JIT access provisioning issues,Endpoint onboarding.
- Ensure privileged access controls and audit compliance.
- Perform patching, upgrades, deployment validations.
- Optimize workflows, rules, and job configurations for performance improvements.
- Document runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and support artifacts.
- 8+ years in IAM with at least 2–4 years in Saviynt IGA/CPAM support.
- Strong hands-on experience in: Saviynt tasks, workflows, rules, and job controls
- Connector troubleshooting (AD, Azure AD, SAP, DB, REST, SCIM)
- CPAM: session management, proxy onboarding, vaulting, credential rotation Identity lifecycle operations
- Familiar with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead distributed support teams.
- Structured approach to RCA and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a high-availability, production environment.
- Saviynt Certification (IGA/CPAM).
- Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or broader IAM technologies.
- Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Understanding of ITIL framework.
