We are seeking a Lead CyberArk PAM Developer with deep expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and hands‑on experience integrating CyberArk with ServiceNow (SNOW). The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining PAM solutions, leading integration efforts, and ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant privileged access operations across the enterprise.
What You’ll Do:
- Expertise on Cyber ark SNOW integration.
- Design, deploy, configure, and support the full CyberArk PAM suite (PVWA, PSM, CPM, PTA, AIM/CCP).
- Develop custom connectors, plugins, and automation scripts using REST APIs, PACLI, and PowerShell.
- Manage onboarding and lifecycle of privileged accounts, safes, platforms, and policies.
- Implement and enhance password rotation policies and session management controls.
- Perform upgrades, patches, platform enhancements, and health checks.
- SNOW Integration -Integrate CyberArk PAM workflows with ServiceNow for:
- Access request automation
- Ticketing and approval workflows
- Audit and compliance reporting
- Develop and maintain APIs, MID server configurations, and orchestration workflows.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design.
- Work closely with InfoSec, IAM, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and guide development activities.
- Establish and enforce PAM best practices, hardening standards, and operational procedures.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in CyberArk PAM implementation and development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- PVWA, PSM, CPM, PTA
- Safes/platforms configuration
- Plugin development
- Custom script automation (PowerShell/Python/REST API)
- Proven experience integrating CyberArk with ServiceNow using REST APIs and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with CyberArk APIs, Web Services, and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of IAM, Privileged Access concepts, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, AD, networking basics, and authentication protocols.
- CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian).
- Experience with additional integrations (LDAP, Azure AD, DevOps tools, cloud platforms).
- Exposure to PAM modernization or Zero Trust initiatives.
- Experience in regulated/enterprise environments (BFSI, healthcare, energy, etc.).
