Job Description: Lead Identity Architect – IGA
Location: USA or Canada - Remote
Simeio is looking for an experienced Lead Identity Architect specializing in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our innovative team. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in architecting and implementing solutions across multiple IGA platforms to address complex identity management challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of robust IGA solutions for diverse client environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams of engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and develop scalable, secure IGA strategies.
- Deliver solutions leveraging expertise in two or more IGA tools, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, IBM Security Identity Manager, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity governance, access control, and security.
- Drive continuous improvements and innovation within IGA solutions and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading IGA projects and managing technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of identity governance principles, including lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with at least two or more IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Forgerock, Microsoft, etc.).
- Strong understanding of integration with enterprise systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
