Lead HRIS Analyst (Technical-functional, OTBI reporting/SQL)

As a Lead HRIS Analyst (Technical-Functional Consultant), you will be the strategic bridge between HR operations and technology. Your primary responsibility will be to support, enhance, and optimize our Oracle HCM Cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration of business processes and analytics. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, insightful reports via OTBI, and drive digital transformation across HR functions

•  Configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Absence, Performance Management, Compensation etc.)
• Develop and optimize OTBI reports and dashboards for HR analytics and decision-making
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
• Lead system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across HR systems
• Provide end-user training and support

You’re a tech-savvy HR systems expert with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering user-friendly solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and human resources

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS roles with strong exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Hands-on experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data flows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
• Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and integrations is a plus
