Are you passionate about leveraging Workday to revolutionize HR process and experience through the use of HR technology, with a focus on performance and talent management, learning, and recruiting? Do you thrive on solving complex business challenges through system optimization, automation, and data analytics? If so, this opportunity is tailored for you! We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Workday Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our Workday environment to enhance talent review processes, support the performance review cycle, improve the learner experience, and streamline recruiting efforts. Additionally, you will be leveraging the Workday Journey feature to elevate the employee experience. Your expertise in data analytics will be crucial in driving insights and informed decisions. You will also be tasked with driving system enhancements and providing advanced configuration and support across multiple modules, ensuring our HR technology remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Oversee system administration tasks, such as user setup, system configurations, security management, and data integrity maintenance. Ensure HR technology systems are optimized, updated, and aligned with HR policies and practices.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate meaningful insights, reports, and visualizations. Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leaders and stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation by streamlining workflows, eliminating manual tasks, and implementing self-service capabilities.
  • Project Participation: Lead and participate in HR technology projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements. Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • User Support: Provide advanced user support for HR technology systems, addressing complex inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Change Management: Provide change management support during system implementations, upgrades, or process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security standards, and HR data governance policies. Implement data management practices to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years’ in-depth, progressive, hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Self-starter with drive, motivation, and the ability to lead and deliver results.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to provide guidance and feedback to junior team members.
  • Expertise in Workday configuration, detailed documentation, process improvement, and solution-focused approaches.
  • Strong skills in scope business requirements, customer service, proactive solutioning, problem-solving, evaluation, and analytical thinking.
  • Proven experience in relationship and stakeholder management, implementation, root cause analysis, and technical subject matter expertise.
