The Human Resources Representative focuses on coordinating key Human Resources initiatives and supporting employee experience across the organization. This position works closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure consistent execution, follow-up, and sustainment of engagement and talent-related programs.
What you will do
Coordinate execution of employee engagement initiatives across the organization, ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned with defined plans.
Support planning and follow-up of employee survey action plans, including tracking completion of assigned actions with leaders and HR teams.
Assist in coordinating organizational initiatives, including engagement strategies and leadership development activities.
Support administration of early talent programs by coordinating onboarding activities, tracking progress, and managing follow-up with participants and stakeholders.
Manage communication and follow-up tasks to ensure consistency across HR initiatives and alignment with organizational priorities.
Track and report data related to engagement and HR programs, maintaining accurate records and supporting progress monitoring.
Maintain documentation and organization of HR initiatives, ensuring information is current and accessible.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying execution gaps and coordinating updates to HR processes and programs.
What you will need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, organizational development, internal communications, or a related area
English and Spanish proficiency for written and verbal business communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred
Experience in a business-facing human resources team, human resources shared services, or human resources operations environment.
Experience with Workday.
Skills Required
