YOUR ROLE
Translating business strategies into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring consistent application and understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborating with leaders to address HR-related needs and challenges within their business units, supporting them and employees through organizational changes and initiatives.
Driving key organizational health and employee engagement initiatives with business.
Managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on performance management.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development within their assigned business units.
Drawing on HR data and KPI to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive improvements in HR practices.
Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
YOUR BACKROUND
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
More than 3 years' experience in an HR Partner /HRBP.
Solid knowledge of HRIS, Workday is a plus
Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
Strategic Thinker.
Excellent communicator, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Problem-solver with excellent analytical skill
Fluent in English and Portuguese
